Anne Stewart, a Registered Social Service Worker, Grief Counsellor, End-of-Life Doula and owner of Holding Space Halton will lead us through these sensitive topics with empathy, deep experience and knowledge.

Anne is a Registered Social Service Worker with a focus on geriatric care, hospice and bereavement counselling, and professional social service support. Anne's professional career began as a nurse in palliative care and oncology working in Switzerland. Since then, her focus has shifted from the medical model of care towards social support and an individualized, person-centered approach.
