Storytelling for Black Community Members @ Beaty In-Person
Be inspired to share your stories through Zine creaion in this storytelling workshop. Older adults from the Black community in Milton and the surrounding area are invited to gather and create zine art, while sharing their stories as part of the Milton Public Library’s New Horizon for Seniors 2026 Grant initiative.
Hosted by MPL 2026 Artist in Residence, Malachi Watson-Narcisse.
Stories will be recorded and preserved in the Milton Public Library archives. The objective is to capture stories that may be shared with generations to come while building community through shared experiences.
