Tuesdays 11 AM - 1 PM (Six-weeks, starting Oct. 7)

Caring for infants and young children is a rewarding journey filled with love and joy, but it can also be exhausting. If you're a parent, grandparent, or caregiver of infants, toddlers and/or younger children feeling overwhelmed or in need of a moment for yourself, this workshop is for you! No art experience necessary—just a desire to unwind, reflect, and reconnect with your inner strength through creative expression and the healing power of art. All supplies are provided.

To find a peaceful moment amid the busy demands of caregiving, to learn simple, effective stress-relief techniques through art and to connect with others who understand the joys and challenges of caring for young children.
