Holding Space - Conversations on Death, Dying, and Bereavement @ Sherwood

Holding Space - Conversations on Death, Dying, and Bereavement @ Sherwood In-Person

Death is something we all encounter, yet it’s often the hardest thing to talk about. This one-hour gathering offers a gentle space to explore the themes of death, dying, and bereavement in an open and supportive environment within a small group setting.

Anne Stewart, a Registered Social Service Worker, Grief Counsellor, End-of-Life Doula and owner of Holding Space Halton will lead us through these sensitive topics with empathy, deep experience and knowledge.

The session will begin with a short talk introducing the topic, followed by time for discussion, questions and story sharing. Whether you wish to speak, listen, or simply reflect, you are welcome here. Together we will create a respectful, compassionate space for honest conversation around life’s most universal experience.
