Taste a curated flight of Backed By Bees honeys and leave with a deeper appreciation for the bees behind each drop.

Jack Marquardt is the Assistant Beekeeper at Backed By Bees, a nature-first honey and meadery business based in Burlington, Ontario. With a passion for pollinators and a curiosity that keeps him close to the hive, Jack supports the care of honey bee colonies and helps share the magic of bees with the public through educational tours, tastings, and community events. His enthusiasm for sustainability and sweet things makes every interaction a buzz-worthy experience.
