For Stars Wars Day, we're choosing between the original universe and the original spoof. Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016) tells the untold tale of how an unlikely group of heroes stole the Death Star plans and delivered them to Princess Leia in Star Wars: A New Hope. And in Spaceballs (1987), legendary writer/director/actor/funnyman Mel Brooks brings to life his completely original story of a mercenary space pilot and his sidekick who rescue a beautiful princess from an evil space empire. There's also a man in all black armour and a golden robot and a kind of magic...why does this sound familiar?
