Dear Inner Child... Journaling Workshop @ Sherwood In-Person
What if healing felt like play? This interactive workshop blends nostalgia, reflection, and creative exploration to help you nurture your inner child and invite more lightness into your life.
Each participant will take home an Inner Child Journal to continue rekindling connection to their younger self.
