NeuroheArts - Art-based Wellness @ Main In-Person
Neuro heARTS Program is an art-based wellness program for neurodiverse teens and young adults.
This therapeutic initiative is designed for ages 16-30 with special abilities to explore their creativity in a supportive and inclusive environment. Warm up with a mindfulness activity providing a sense of belonging and improving self-confidence. Experience the healing process of arts as our facilitators introduce techniques and materials to unleash creative abilities. This program is designed to ensure each participant is free to express themselves and discover their personal strengths through art in a safe community setting.
Participants requiring a support worker are kindly suggested to attend the pilot with their support worker/ family member/ friend. Please register the support worker at the same time as registering for this program (select 2 attendees).
