Stop Motion Workshop for Teens In-Person
In this three-week course, students will learn the fundamentals of stop-motion animation, including character design, puppet creation, and animation techniques. Using materials such as plasticine and felt, students will create and animate their own Claymation puppets and bring their short stories to life! This workshop will be led by artist Sima Naseem.
For ages 12-17.
Please note that participants are expected to attend all 3 sessions in order to complete their projects. Limited devices will be available, but please bring your own tablet if you have one. Please also download the free app version of Stop Motion Studio in advance of the class. https://www.cateater.com/try.html There is a materials fee of $15 for the workshop ($5 per session) that must be paid before attending.
