Artist in Residence: Storytelling with Acrylic @ Sherwood In-Person
Participants will explore the basics of painting with acrylics and learn how to tell a story through visual elements and using effective storytelling techniques.
Three sessions: November 3, 10 and 17.
Get ready to unleash your creativity and learn new skills with our upcoming workshops as part of the “Engaging Senior Artists” project! Led by Artist-in-Residence, Megha, and tailored for senior participants of all skill levels, our workshops will provide a platform for artistic expression, community engagement, and lifelong learning.
Workshop topics include:
- Storytelling with Acrylic Paint (November 3, 10 and 17)
- Digitization (November 24*)
- Ceramic Mug Design (December 1 and 8)
- Collage Journals - Visual Diaries (January 19 and 26)
- Community Mural Collage: Our Shared Journey (Feb 23 and March 2)
All workshops will be held on Sundays between 2:00-3:00pm (*2:00-4:00pm)
