Mindful Movement - Learn Tai Chi @ Sherwood In-Person
A beginner-friendly Tai Chi program designed for any adult, with no prior experience required. This 5-week series of classes combines slow, controlled movements with meditation to improve joint flexibility and balance to help prevent the injuries that are most often associated with restricted movement or age.Through breath work and mindful movement, Tai Chi supports both physical and mental well-being, making it an ideal practice for all ages to enhance relaxation, coordination, and overall health.
If you've ever wondered what Tai Chi is all about or are looking at additional ways to expand your mindfulness practice, this is your opportunity.
Registration is for a 5-week series.
As this is a small class with limited space, any no-shows without prior notification will be removed to make room for someone off the waiting list. Thank-you for your understanding.

Sensei Shawn Creighton has been practicing Tai Chi since 1998.
Teaching across the GTA and Halton as well as Naples Florida,
he is looking forward to introducing Tai Chi to the residents of Milton.
