Raksha Bandhan workshop In-Person
Raksha Bandhan is a Hindu festival held on the day of the full moon in the month of Shravan, as per the Hindu calendar .
The act of tying Rakhee ( Raksha ) around the wrist of brother symbolizes a pledge of protection of honor and respect of sister by the brother owing to the relationship or Bandhan (knot ) they
share .
Kids will have the opportunity to learn about the origins and significance of the Rakhee Celebrations and create their own rakhee!
