Storytelling Experience with Children: Melanin in Me In-Person
Join us, along with the Canadian Caribbean Assocation of Halton, and Strengthen Hands, for a community building and storytelling experience with featured author Cameile Henry, as we celebrate Black History Month. In this family friendly event, children come together and to foster connections and celebrate diversity through engaging activities and captivating stories. The featured book is Melanin in Me, which celebrates diversity by exploring the concept of melanin and how it affects skin colour. It encourages children to appreciate their own and others unique characteristics.
