I Love You Because...Tween & Teen Self-Affirmations In-Person
Valentines Day is a chance to celebrate your love for the person you will be with for the rest of your life - yourself! We will be creating our own positive affirmation picture frames to remind ourselves why we deserve love. This workshop will also talk about body positivity, self-love and acceptance, and why it is important to be kind to ourselves.
