For the Love of Reading Family Book Club In-Person
Kids 7 - 11 years of age and their and parents or caregivers are invited to join us for a fun and informal monthly book club to create excitement about books and reading. There will be games and activities, and participants will be invited to share what they’ve been reading.
Each month, you will be invited to read a selected work of middle grade fiction together, and then gather at the library to talk about it as a group, and dig deeper into the story and share insights and ideas.
Limited copies of the physical book may be available for checkout at the library, otherwise digital copies are available through HOOPLA. Then all you need to do is show up ready to discuss and share, or just to listen in on the discussion. All families are welcome, even if you haven’t finished the book before the meeting.
