Food for Fines Campaign
In celebration of Ontario Public Library Week, throughout October, we are running our annual Food for Fine Campaign. Donations to support the Milton Community Resource Centre’s Infant Food Bank will be accepted as payment for fine for overdue materials. The Food for Fines campaign will run from October 16-November 16. This initiative invites patrons to bring in baby cereals, baby food pouches, diapers (sizes, 5, and 6 are especially needed) and Menstrual Pad boxes to any of MPL’s three locations, to help local families in need, in exchange for the waiving of fines on overdue library materials.
$10 off for diapers, $5 off per Menstrual Pad box, $1 off Baby food pouches, and 1$ off Baby Cereals
